SHIPPINGYour order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the time you place it. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order is dispatched. Shipping is free within Norway. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays and severe weather conditions. |

RETURNSWe want you to be delighted with every Circadian Eyewear product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 100 days, as long as the item is not used. |

Returns From Outside Norway
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Circadian Eyewear.

REFUNDSOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment. We will reimburse your expenses as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date we have received and inspected the goods. You are only responsible for the decrease in value if handling the goods is not consistent with establishing the use of the goods. You can examine the goods just as you examine the goods in a store, but you cannot start using the item. If the goods no longer have a commercial value, we do not refund the money. You must return the goods in original packing or similar. Furthermore, you have to make sure that the goods are thoroughly wrapped, when you return them. If you exchange to another item that is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference. If the new item you are exchanging is more expensive, you must pay the balance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. |

Gifts If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. |

Warranty Claims We refund reasonable freight charges incurred returning faulty goods when there is a legitimate complaint. All product complaints should be sent to our post address: Circadian Eyewear AS, Postboks 3806, Nøstet, N-5802 Bergen, Norway. |
