Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 business days from the time you place it. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order is dispatched. Shipping is free within Norway. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

 

Estimated Delivery Time
From the day you receive your shipping confirmation, orders to:

  • Norway:  2-3 business days
  • Europe:  3-10 business days
  • USA, Canada, Australia, Japan:  5-20 business days

Delivery Methods
Your order will be delivered in your mailbox with tracking. A text message or/and e-mail will alert you as soon as it is delivered in your mail box or to the service place of the delivery company (Bring in Norway).

VAT and Import Duties

Please be aware that local customs and VAT may be required in the country of delivery. We therefore recommend that local VAT rules be checked before ordering.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with every Circadian Eyewear product you purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 100 days, as long as the item is not used.

Returns Within Norway
If you want to make a return you must notify us within 100 days of receiving your purchase and ship it to us within 14 days after notifying us. To return an order please contact us at info@circadianeyewear.com and  await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:

  • Product must be returned in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.

  • Place the product in the original shipping box or equivalent and enclose the return documents.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Circadian Eyewear.

Returns From Outside Norway
If you want to make a return you must notify us within 100 days of receiving your purchase and ship it to us within 14 days after notifying us. To return an order please contact us at info@circadianeyewear.com and await our return confirmation. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and sticker and wrapping still attached.

  • Place the product in the original shipping box or equivalent and enclose the return documents.

  • Write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition and to ensure customs duties and other applicable taxes are not added.

  • Do not include any invoice from Circadian Eyewear in the return shipment. If requested by shipping company, put value to USD 10. If you don’t mark the shipment clearly with "No Commercial Value/Return", we risk getting charged for import tax and custom. Any customs or VAT related costs due to the return package not being marked correctly, will be charged back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The return and financial responsibility is yours until it reaches Circadian Eyewear.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment. We will reimburse your expenses as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date we have received and inspected the goods.

You are only responsible for the decrease in value if handling the goods is not consistent with establishing the use of the goods. You can examine the goods just as you examine the goods in a store, but you cannot start using the item. If the goods no longer have a commercial value, we do not refund the money. You must return the goods in original packing or similar. Furthermore, you have to make sure that the goods are thoroughly wrapped, when you return them.

If you exchange to another item that is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference. If the new item you are exchanging is more expensive, you must pay the balance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@circadianeyewear.com

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Warranty Claims
There is a 1 year warranty on products sold on the Circadian Eyewear webstore or store. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at info@circadianeyewear.com if you have a warranty claim. Make sure to include order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.

We refund reasonable freight charges incurred returning faulty goods when there is a legitimate complaint. All product complaints should be sent to our post address: Circadian Eyewear AS, Postboks 3806, Nøstet, N-5802 Bergen, Norway.
